Ketchup and Fairy Queens with Nicole Kidman

 Nicole Kidman and I decided to meet up at a photoshoot she was having. I like to see the newest designs as much as Nicole. When I arrived, I noticed she had on a bra top and a pair of pants which was pretty typical for her to have on something sexy. Nic loves to model. On the set, she is always a blast. Between her serious poses, she allows herself to create unique and funny expressions. The poses she strikes with her wild side are equally as funny. Nic has never been one to take herself too seriously, but to always be 100% there as a professional. Being a talented and passinate dancer has helped Nicole to espress herself in unique ways within the modeling world. Dancers are typically very flexible as well as they know how to move. She is always in demand as a model. I love watching her work.

 That day, the photographer had given Nicole some flowers. They were in a vase on the set. Before long, we were both placing the flowers in our hair and using some of the flowers as wands to transform into Fairy Queens. Fairy Queens is a part of her. We were transforming into different creatures, casting love spells as we freed the Princess, waged battles against evil, and other fairy duties.  Everyone on the set had a great time as the energy became very whimsical. The enchantment spread to the photographer as he shot some very dramatic images that were never released. It was such a fun day.

Another great photoshoot story is about Nicole and her famous red shoes. Nicole Kidman has a pair of red shoes she likes to take to her photoshoots. The pair of shoes has been used in several photoshoots. They represent her wild side. Nicole is tall and the red shoes enhance her amazingly long legs. The red shoes were also one of the shoes she wore on one of her first few dates with Keith Urban. Keith knows the shoes mean is he in for a wildly fun night. Nicole can make any night fun and fantastic with her playful imp. Keith bought a pair of yellow sneakers with he wears whenever Nicole wears her red shoes. He likes to tease her saying "They are like mustard and ketchup, a perfect pair." I think that is because Keith likes to have fair food once and awhile. Hot dogs are a fun food especially with ketchup and mustard.

Fun with Prince Harry

 Prince Harry and I decided to take the boat out on the lake that was tied up behind the cabin where he was staying. He likes to fish and I like to try to fish. It is such a relaxing experience to float on the
water and wait for the bite. I enjoy watching the water's gentle rolls. It is so peaceful. Prince Harry is a very fun person to spend time with and he alway shas been. We were as happy as two clams. I would like to say we caught a lot of fish, but I only recall catching two and releasing them back into the water. Prince Harry had a cooler with sandwiches, fruit, cheese and some other snacks. In the distance, there were several boats on the water. Everyone had their own space which meant it was very secluded or at least it felt that way.  We stayed on the water for several hours before we decided to go back to shore. This was before Meghan entered his life, but she wasn't far off his radar.

Meghan changed Harry in so many ways. He says his life as a husband and father is more rewarding than he could have imagined. They are selectively choosing appearances and work which gives them the freedom to nurture themselves and others more. Their involvement has grown into different charity work and they are both always mindful of each other in their plans or assignments. Harry and Meghan have such a unique close bond which began almost form the moment they met. They have a magic that others admire. Finding true love in any situation is challenging and dynamic, but they have done it. There is always a sparkle in Meghan's and Harry's eyes when they glance upon each other. It is very cute, but it also shows their sensitive nature. Meghan is the kind of mother that the Prince calls a constant mother. Her mind is always with her babies. Being a mother is a role Meghan waited for what seemed like a long time to find the right person to start her family with and being a mother is her favorite role. Harry has so many nice htings to say about Meghan both with her and when he is on his own. They are just so sweet on each other and in a way it is like Jon Bon Jovi and his wife. Both couples share the instinct for each other and devoteness that is contagiuosly uplifting. I am glad they have each other in both cases for the dynamics of all of them would be completely different without the magic oment when their eyes connected and time stopped. 

One of the my favorite memories of Prince Harry is when he played a trick on the staff. I have always been a good buddy to him. I am like one of the guys. I stayed in one of the Royal families' homes that he use to enjoy. He had me stay in his room and he stayed in mine. This switch threw off the staff who didn't know where he was at the time. Prince Harry and I had to sneak around to pull this off within the home. We created a stir because the Prince was missing.  Then they thought I was sharing Harry's room which was not like us since we have always been pals. Then the other staff thought he was sleeping in my room. It was so surprising to them to think of us in that way there shocked and blown away expressions were funny. Prince Harry and I do not have that type of dynamic at all so they couldn't believe what was going on. It took everyone a few minutes to figuire out that we had just switched bedrooms to play a trick on them and no monkey business had gone on. Harry likes to play good hearted jokes with his close staff. The Queen heard about it later. I am told she laughed. 

We had a lovely lunch with some of his friends after the confusion had settled and the joke was over. I

am trying to recall the details of the fun, but it seems like a blurr now. Sometimes, I think creating a journal would hve been a create idea from day one, but I didn't at that time. As much as I like cameras, I also never seem to think of taking the photo or the selfie. For me it is like seeing friends and family is for me not for insta. Life moves so fast that thoughts of scrapbooking never cross my mind.

Winter Vacation with David Spade

 David and I were back at the hotel with Adam and Jackie Sandler in my last blog. Here is more about the fabulous time we had together. David and I waiting in our room for Jackie and Adam to meet us down by the pool. We took the time to neek in a few kisses and a cuddle. David Spade is always the gentleman. He knows how to make a woman feel beautiful. It's in his smile not just in his words. 

We were starting to wonder if Jackie had gotten lost in the hotel with Adam. The Hotel did have a few great gift shops that I knew David and I would be exploring at some point in the vacation. We decided to go to the shops. We figuired Jackie and Adam might be there or we would just catch up with our friends after we were finished checking things out. David and I left our room and went downstairs. Low and behold, we ran into Adam and Jackie with their swimsuits on. They had planned to call us once they were at the pool. Adam explained they had decided to check out the shop on their way to the pool, but they had gotten a little caught up in all the fun items to explore. He proceeded to show us some of the neat things he had found. A model train set up had caught our eye. Spade was the first to venture over to check it out.

It was an antique design. It was the same style of train my Grandfather had running around his Christmas tree. As I looked at the train in the store, I was reminded that every Christmas with my Grandparents meant a model train set running under the Christmas tree. Flashbacks ran though my mind of their entire house(inside and out) decorated from top to bottom in celebration of Christmas. It took them literally hours and days to complete the festive arrangents. My Grandparents loved Christmas more than they could express in words. I smiled looking at the store train. Spadey  knew I was miles away at that moment in a very good way. David has a gift at reading people. I woke up to marvel at the other items within the hotel's gift shop. By now, the Sandlers had moved on and they told us they would be at the pool. 

Spade came up behind me, slipped his arms around me and gave me a quick kiss on the cheek before whispering he thought we should head over to the pool soon. I knew he was ready to have fun. I love it when David Spade comes up behind me to give me a quick kiss and whispers in my ear. He is a great cuddler. We both checked out and went hand in hand to meet up with the Sandlers. I saw David had bought some candy necklaces in his bag which brought a smile to my face. 

When we got to the pool, David dove right in. I like to go into the pool slowly and work my way through the water. Jackie and Adam were down in the deep end. David and I stayed in the shallow end where it was simply relaxing. I was so happy to be in the water with such great company.

Winter Fun with David Spade

 David Spade and I decided to go skiing.  As David and I travelled down the slopes, we met Jackie near the bottom of the mountain. She asked me if I wanted to get an Irish coffee. I accepted the offer. 

Jackie and I sat down to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. David and Adam walked into the lodge a little while after us. David knew what was coming when he saw the irish coffees infront. He knew we were going to be sitting for awhile. The afternoon on the slopes had been so much fun. David gave me a quick kiss and
sat down next to me. Adam did the same. A quick kiss to Jackie and then sat down by her side. They are both such romantic guys. The fireplace in the lodge was stunning as well as warm. 

Lunch came soon after. Jackie often eats light salads. She enjoys fish just like me. The guys, on the other hand, seem to like a mixture of foods. Sometimes David eats healthy and other times not so much. The four of us began chatting about how lovely the day was and how ideal the slope conditions were at the time. The snow was powder dry snow the type that mountains are famous for having. We had tried some of the advanced areas, but often came back to the easier for the pleasure of skiing is not in the instensity but in the smooth ride. I do like a little challenge here and there so that's why we did the adanced areas briefly but soon went back to the easier ones. David likes to play around and I am the same so the easier slopes also allow for goofying off a bit while minding those around you. Jackie can go either way.

She is a very good skiier and likes to explore new areas. Her husband,Adam, follows wherever Jackie leads them. He is a very good partner. Jackie is always smiling.

We decided to head down to the bar since it was early. Very few people hangout in the bar in the late afternoon. They were playing 80's and 90's music. Pretty soon we were dancing on the dance floor of the empty bar. The music was great. Adam and David sang along with the music. The pair really sang out to a Bon Jovi song. They have a funny way of singing together that goes along with years of friendship. If you can get David Spade and Adam Sandler to sing a duet then you know you are going to have a great evening. That night, there was even an air guitar solo. I'll let you guess who it was that played the solo. We stayed at the bar for awhile. Dancing and having fun with the whole place to ourselves.

As the evening grew on, we started to notice more and more of the guests entering the club. I say club now as the bar had totally lost the bar feeling. It was now more a dance club. We were the main attraction. Adam got the idea that we could have more fun up in one of our suites. By now all the activity of the day had started to accumulate. We were all starting to slow down. on our way up, we passed the lodge's pool. It looked fantastic and the sceond wind kicked in.

An Afternoon with Prince Harry

 I went to a pool party with Prince Harry. It was in the Hamptons. Harry has a lot of friends with homes there. I liked going to the Hamptons with him. He had a private driver pick me up at the hotel. I wasn't staying there but it was a nice meeting place. We went for a drive around NYC while catching up. Prince Harry is very much like a brother to me or a great buddy. He is he of my favorite people to spend time with. His sense of humor is legendary. He always knows how to make me laugh. We both can get into some funny situations that we set up. I will get into that at a later time. 

We were both a little hungry. Prince Harry decided to set up a late lunch in an NYC English Tea House. Harry and I were excited to go to the new restaurant since it was his first time for both of us, but the reviews were very good. It was between lunch and dinner crowd. Private seating was easy to establish. He can slip in and out of a place when he wants to. He just puts on a hat when he wants to be private. Less people recognize him with a hat. In NYC, celebrity spotting is so common that New Yorkers often respect the distance. 

We had some delicious ginger scones with clottted cream and lemon curd as a treat. The light sandwiches were the favorite. The Prince started doing oragami while we chatted. I have an interest in the art and Harry is very good at the art. It was fun to watch him create. There were several doilies on the table so there was plenty of material for him to use. I asked him to teach me to make one of the birds we had done. I was surprised at how easy it was to create the same exact bird. He feels very comfortable with me so he does things with me that he normally would not do. He treats me like a buddy. We played a game of checkers as the tea room had the game. The Prince loves checkers as much as I do.  The tea experience went on hours but it seemed like minutes. When you are having a great time, time flies. At the time of the tea, he was single, but looking for a commitment. Prince Harry is a very romantic and loving man. I enjoyed the time we had at the tea room until it was time to move on to our next desitnation- The Hamptons with friends.

Meeting John Travolta

 Meeting John Travalota was a surprise. I met him at a party that a few of his friends were hosting. I was not aware that he was coming to the party. I was there with a friend. The groups were mingling throughout the lower level of the house. John had a small cluster of people gathered around him. I walked into him by accident. He was very polite as he welcomed me into the conversation. John has the reputation of being one of the nicest guys in Hollywood and one of the funniest. He is always a gentleman. The reason why I think certain members of Scientology wanted us to meet was so he could give me an understanding of Scientology from his perspective and how it changed his life.

John and I discussed many things that evening with the others who were with us. I recall we discussed our mutual appreciation of surfing and our ideas on teletransportation. From sporting to intellectual concepts, our minds floated to different thoughts and the result was one of the most interesting conversations I have ever had. Tom Cruise is another person who always challenges my mind. Brad Pitt always makes me wonder. Brad has a unique way of opening a person up to questioning their own thoughts and accepting new ideas. Each person I met in Hollywood has a unique style of conversation, but they are always pleasant, uplifting and generous with their time. If you're going to be an actor, you have to like, value and appreciate people. I would not say it is a prerequisite but it sure does make life easier. 

I enjoy John's diversity of knowledge. The way he can root through conversations on so many topics is similar  to the way Howard Stern does it. I know Howard and John have been friends for years, John has a lot of friends all over. Everyone who meets John calls him a friend. He is very likeable and geniune. Having been in Hollywood for a long time, John gets along with celebrities of all ages which puts him on the guest list of all ages. He had been chewing on a toothpick on and off throughout the evening. It reminded me of one his movie characters. I think he did it on purpose to see the reaction. John has a subtle sense of humor. You have to be paying attention or you will miss something. 

The couple hosting the party had arranged for several foods to be places around the lower level and out on the patio near the pool. The tables outside were set up in little groups. I loved the mixed drinks or spritzers they were serving. No one swam that evening. The pool was more for atomosphere. It was beautifully lit up. If I had brought my swimsuit, I might have started the swimming off. There is always one person who starts the swimming or the danicng off at each party. Once one does then others follow.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's Sweet Music

 Nicole Kidman has a one of a kind relationship with her husband Keith Urban. They are both such loving people that combine into such an adorable couple. I feel they wake up singing. Sometimes Keith and Nicole literally do wake up singing. She sees him as the most romantic cowboy she has ever met. Nicole sees Keith as handsome and someone who knows her so well. He even knows where she keeps her side stash of brownies. Nic says, "Keith has always been able to read me like the back of his hand. His instinct is uncanny, but in a beautiful way. That unspoken understanding is part of what  makes us get along so well." Keith says she is the sunshine in his eyes. He has never been as happy as when they are together. Spending time with them both is always so much fun. They make you feel like you're a part of one big happy family.

Nicole and Keith love to do impromptu and planned concerts for their friends. Their voices are so exquisite ,but when combined in a duet, even more so. Their little shows are always cheorographed or at least they seem so. I think it is the way they read each other that makes the dancing flow. Many of us have seen them singing in the car,in public outings, and in their home. Those little performances, just like in their videos, go on all the time. When they sing, there is always a little twinkle in their eyes. The wholesome lifestyle Nic and Keith cherish is real and every bit as fun as it seems. The pair have been smitten with each other since the day they met. Their affectionate lifestyle choice inspires others to be more loving. It is something they do naturally. the couple's affectionate ways draws people towards them. Love is contageous. The concerts aren't all country music. There is usually a mixture of music sung. Even showtunes from different musicals have been known to appear in the concerts.

Tom Cruise's Romantic Getaway

 Tom Cruise had reservations at a historic hotel on the East Coast. It was summer. The area had a lot of historic building just the way Tom likes it. He had a gorgeous suite booked with several rooms. The suite was on the top floor of the building. The hotel wasn't very big, but it was famous for its archectural splendor, romatic feel and the cuisine. Tom always likes a classy place;) 

Tom and I had dinner in a secluded part of the lobby of the grand hotel where we could enjoy our meals incognito. We both like historical places and discussing the past. The hotel was ideal for it. It had a rich history with spectacular ornamentation throughout. Places with a story to tell adds to the dimensions of the experience while staying under its roof. Since Tom has been on so many movie sets, he knows the best places to get both scenic and archectural beauty positioned in historical areas.  

Tom had the waiter bring us some fresh fruits and a lovely salad. Since I am a pescatarian, he has nice enough to have only fish brought to us. My delicious lightly butter Cod with a mango salsa was divine. Tom ate a Mahi Mahi with the same topping. Both were perfectly cooked. We drank a fruity soft white wine that paired wonderfully with the entrees. The mood was very romatic with dim lighting. He was so taken with the place, that I thought he might just buy it. I was wearing a white shorts set and Tom had on a brown and white plaid polo style shirt with khaki pants. 

After dinner, we ventured up to our rooms by exploring the hotel. The lobby had a balcony with a piano and some exotic plants. Walking around the balcony led us to the elevator and up to our rooms. When we arrived, he hopped up on the bed and I joined him. We sat there casually and discussed evening plans. He and I agreeded that a tour of the city would be a great adventure for us. The car to take us on a tour was set to arrive in an hour.

We got in to the car and cuddled up in the backseat. He likes to put his arm around me and he slipped his arm into position. Several quick kisses were given, but not the first ones of the evening. The driver took us around the city stopping at interesting points just in case we wanted to get out and explore the area. We were both drawn to the water. Tom set up a boat ride and the driver took care of the arrangments while we waited. The dock area was lit up with boats, lights, docking spaces and other nautical lighting. We boarded a small luxury craft that was borrowed from a fan. The boat owner rents different styles and sizes of boats for various occasions. Once out on the water, we could see the stars fill the sky and hear the water background. Sitting outside on the water craft was just the right spot. The night was warm and splendid. The boat driver slowed the boat down as it floated without movement, just the gentle rocking of the waves. Music was playing and we danced under the stars on the boat. The rest I will
save for another blog.

David Spade's Malibu Hangout

 David Spade and I went to Malibu for a quick vacation. It was over the weekend. We only had 4 or 5 days to spend together. We mutually decided that Malibu would be a great place to share a few days of fun in the sun. I recall we spent most of the days at the beach, which was his backyard. The house had a great swimming pool with a slide. I lost track of how many times we went sliding down into the water.  I kept going down the slide as David would catch me and slip me a kiss. It was so much fun. I do enjoy water slides. David Spade is a very romantic person with open hearted ways. He makes me smile whenever he quietly makes sliding sounds. I get the reference back to our Malibu days in the sun together and the fun we shared on that slide.

 I love the little secrets he shares with me each time we see each other. David brings up things in a subtle, romantic with a little tongue and cheek that reminds me of our past. Very few people get the references he makes to me, but that what makes it sexy, it's a flirty habit that he shares. "Remember the time we did this and you did this." isn't subtle. The way David gets you to reflect or daydream upon a shared memory is to share a certain noise, or say a one word reference with a smile. It is his way of saying that he had a really great time. He has other sexy ways of doing that memory recall flirt and I love it every time. 

We played some Marco Polo in the pool. The game was a lot of fun as we made modifications that made it playfully exciting. Lots of water went in many directions and lots of laughter accompanied it. 

After we had finished playing in the pool, we decided to sunbath in the shade. We enjoy the warmth under a canopy in the sun, but neither of us get a dark suntan so enjoying the sun while in the shade is very steamy. David had the staff who maintain the house stop by to fix up some meals whilst doing their regular cleaning. ( Yes, I am using the whilst so David cracks up when he reads this blog.) 

As we sat in the warmth, David and I had a great time relaxing. We were chatting about our daydreams on life and all of its humor. David is easy to talk to because he has a gift with words. He is not always funny, but he has a very upbeat personality just like his public image. Sitting under the canopy, we ate some watermelon that was cut up for us to enjoy. David knows I like Jello shots with vodka. Once and a while, he will throw me a curve and have some appear before me. It is like magic. They appear so quickly and disappear just as fast. He is one of the best kissers. We shared several kisses that day- in the pool, under the canopy and other places. It was a fun day. 

The staff left a few dinners prepared, some light lunches, snack with of course breakfast left to us. I did not see them again that weekend, but I think his staff came by to check up on things and to make sure there was nothing we needed. Ordering in was always an option since many of the local eateries deliver to celebrities with charges, but this time it was yummy home cooked meals.

Brad Pitt's Beach

 Brad Pitt and I met up at a beachside hotel with private access. David Spade will know the place I am referring to. I know he will keep the secret.  Brad had a purple string bikini he had sitting on the coffee table in the living room area of the suite. I put my bikini now and we headed out to the beach. The hotel had a private beach area with server access so we could get delivered anything we wanted. Brad and I decided it make it into a day outing. We share a common love of the water. I saw a couple of boats out on the horizon but other than a boats, we had the area all to ourselves. The resort is a popular place that is a little out of the way. The location, helps to keep it exclusive and that makes it a perfect celebrity hot spot. 

It was a gorgeous day. I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep under the little hut. I think Brad did the same. When we woke up, the water called to us and we decided to take a swim. Brad put his arms around me as we stood in the water. With the waves gently splashing against us, we took in the beauty our surroundings. The water felt refreshing. It was cooler than the air, but definitely warm. Brad's swimsuit was dark blue with green in it. Our swimwear didn't match, but they did compliment each other. Before long, Brad's lips were on mine. We kissed in the tropical paradise that seemed divine. His kisses were soft, gentle and strongly felt by both of us. Brad kisses with his entire body.  It was still a public place so with restraint we stopped kissing.

 After swimming for awhile, we decided it was time to explore the beach. We dried off, I put on my sarong and we started to walk along the shoreline with our feet in the water. Staring into Brad's eyes was intense. He has such a warmth in him that reflects in his eyes.We walked for a few minutes and then turned around to walk back to our spot on the beach.  

Once we were back at our spot, we called to get late lunch delivered. Room service on the beach is a lovely thing.  Brad had a burger and I had some fish. I did not want to eat too much. He loves to dance so I knew a light dinner would keep me feeling great so my body would enjoy the movement as much as my mind always does. Dancing is very spiritual but  it involves all 3-body, mind and spirit.

After dinner, Brad suggested we return to the hotel. I agreed that returning the hotel was a great idea. He opened the door to our suite where we found a cart that the hotel had left for us.  The service cart had a bottle of champagne, chocolates, fresh fruit, a beautiful flower arrangement and a few other items. Before long the champagne cork was removed and we shared some champagne. The day was as sweet as the champagne. We were surrounded by beauty and sat down to enjoy it. The suite was gorgeous with a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. Brad turned on music. I love to dance. Our mutual appreciate of dancing would takeover soon as resisting the desire to move with the rhythm grew. Soon we were dancing in each other's arms. Caribbean music is great dancing music. In my opinion, this was one of the sexiest evenings we have ever spent together.

Nicole Kidman's Gardens

Nicole Kidman has a way of making every place she goes the best, most wonderfully fun place. I think it's the way she likes to fall in love with life. One day, I met Nicole on her farm. She was wearing a peach jumpsuit. I loved the color of the sporty clothing choice. It fit her perfectly. Nic's hair was pulled back in a matching peach ribbon. The ponytail flew from side to side when she walked. The pastel shade she was wearing was a great reflection of the lovely summer day. I had on a pink shorts outfit. I recall the colors because we joked about looking like sherbet with our fruity pastel clothing.

 Nicole had a swing set on that property and she has one today on her property. The two of us made our way down to the swings. We swang on the swings for awhile and discussed how lucky we were to enjoy such a beautiful place together.

Later on, Nicole and I set up a picnic near the stables. We had tea sandwiches which were little sandwiches made of salmon spread and cucumber. It was a nice lovely light lunch. She had made a special effort to make sure we had a couple of peanut butter and jelly ones and two small apple tarts for a treats. They were made with unsweetened apples, but you'd never know it. I find that most fruits can be made into pastries without adding sugar. Nic and I sat in the sun and enjoyed sipping water with lemon as the day grow longer and the time flew. I could only tell how much time had past by the length of shadows on the ground because neither of us was counting time as it flew. It  was such a gorgeous day with perfect weather.

By now, it was time for a horseback ride. Both of us share a common fondness of horses. We walked over to the stables and took out two gentle ones. They were easily fitted with saddles. Nicole and I rode off across the land at a slow pace. The gardens looked beautiful. Much of the pastures were partially full of flowered edible plants. Her horses could eat in beauty. We stopped amongst a clearing to enjoy the scenery which Nic found breathtaking, as she put it. I agreed the land around us was perfectly divine. Nature is spiritually rewarding. We rode off and soon returned back to our starting point. The horses were taken by one of her staff. The outdoor part of the day was winding to an end. 

Inside, Nicole had set up a few board games. She turned on the music as we grabbed our seats in her family room. I love the big comfy chair that Nic always has in her homes. The rest of the evening was spent in that room. We danced and hung out. Sometimes we danced in our seats. Nicole is the one who taught me how to dance in a chair. She is one of the best dancers. We both have formal Ballet training. Nicole loves to show off her dancing skills to everyone's pleasure. There is a reason why Nicole is a famous dancer. She can dance to anything, in any situation and make it look easy. My dear friend is an artist. An artist can create art at anytime. We had so much fun doing girl time until the late hours of the evening. I ended up staying over that night and the rest I will share in another blog :)

Spending Time With Rod Stewart and Family

A few years back, I spent the day at Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster's house. Rod had on his kilt and Penny and I were treated to some traditional Scottish dancing. Rod is an amazing dancer and anyone who has seen him on stage knows he can really move. Learning Scottish dance from Rod was a huge thrill. Penny is a great dancer as well. We had the best time, twirling, pointed feet steeping, kicking as we did jigs and spun each other around. Rod was always in the lead. Penny and I followed. It was such a fun way to celebrate. The Stewart's, the entire family, like to live life to the fullest by celebrating the day. They are great examples of joyful living. Speaking of Rod's family, as we were dancing Sean, Rod's son, appeared. Sean took turns dancing with Penny and I. Since he is such an energetic person, Sean, got caught up in the twirling around. Before he knew it, he was dizzy and had to stop spinning. It was funny to watch his eyes bobble as they caught up with the rest of his body. Anytime I have seen a dizzy person, I get caught up in the movement of their eyes. It is so rapid and out of sorts. 

Before long, we had all worked up an appetite. Rod must have heard about the story of Tom Cruise and I enjoying gingerbread cookies. He had baked up some totally silly, fun looking gingerbread cookies. The cookies had wild faces. Some of the gingerbread men had pieces of them cut out and decorated as if the had been bitten off. Other gingerbread cookies were boss-eyed, some had wild smiles and others had missing teeth. Like I said, These were funniest gingerbread men I had every seen, but they tasted amazingly good. Rod had played a joke on me with the cookies, but it was tastefully done(pun intended). He is one of the sweetest kind hearted gentlemen with the best sense of humor and free spirited, joyful energy. 

 

Later that day, we all played soccer on the gaming system Rod had set up. I love computer games and much as he does especially when its combined with sports. They are so much fun.
