Down the Shore With Jon Bon Jovi

I went to a beach house with Jon Bon Jovi and his family. I dont usually spend time with Jon's kids since it is usually socializing with Jon and Dorothea and sometimes Jon and his other buddies. Even though Jon lives by the water, his family likes to enjoy the ocean breeze from the Jersey shore. At times they like to go camping or using a motorhome/tour bus is not unusual for them. Jon is a pretty easy going, outdoorsy kind of guy and his wife is the same lifestyle partner. They both enjoy pretty much the same things. With years of wedding bliss, the couple have such a way with each other. I really enjoy seeing them and their tender ways. Jon and his wife remind me of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Both couples enjoy such a romantic, appreciative lifestyle that they all glow together and as individuals. Nicole and Dorothea both have such sweet puppy dog personalities . I use the term puppy dog personality because puppies have a way of adoring others so deeply and they show so much heartfelt appreciation for the little things in life.

Back at the beach, Jon and I decided to go for a walk along the ocean to watch the waves. Dorothea decided to stay at home and enjoy reading. We had all had a busy day swimming and playing in the ocean. Dorothea likes to relax in the evening sometimes with a nice glass of red wine. While we were walking, Jon reached down and picked up a seashell. He handed it to me and said," With this seashell I promise to be a good friend for life." It was a bond of tradition. In his family, seashells are symbolic of love and the purity of the family. By giving me the seashell, he was saying I was part of his family. Jon has a way of making people feel close to him and that side is the fatherly aspect so apparent in everything he does on and off camera.

 We came upon a flock and began the futile attempts at chasing the birds. Jon Bon Jovi knows how much I like to chase seagulls. The birds didn't seem to mind as we both attempted to get closer to the nearest bird only to change directions as that one took flight and another one became the closet bird. They flew around us, but never gave Jon or I much thought. The seagulls weren't concerned by our playful exchanges. It was neat how much they let Jon and I interact with them. Tossing and turning in the air as the flock swirled around us. We were running back and forth and they were flying up and down. The whole thing must have been quite a sight. There were people on their balconies laughing as they watched us. Jon and I had so much fun playing. There are have been many occasions where both Jon and I or Jon or I have spent time in the company of such sea birds. It is always a fun experience.  He keeps a seagull in his office that reminds him of the fun times we and others have shared playing with birds.

Jon Bon Jovi Trivia Nights

Hanging out with Jon Bon Jovi and his buddies. Dorothea believes that a night  with the guys once and awhile is a good things. She has her own group of girl buddies that she likes to spend time with as well. Dorothea does tend to be a home body and Jon likes it that way. Jon is a little old fashioned he likes to know she is at home taking care of the house and waiting for him. She does keep a pretty active charity works and appearance schedule maybe that is why at night, Dorothea likes to relax, and hangout in her comfies. I am the same way most of the time.

Here is a little fun fact, Jon Bon Jovi and some of the band members use to go to the Playboy Parties. He was never there at night,but if he had some time and he was out in LA at the right time, Jon liked to go to the roller skating parties. Hef had roller skating parties into the early nineties and sometimes he would throw an occasional roller skating party for the fun of it. Jon started going to the Playboy Parties in early 1987. Sometimes, Dorothea would tag along but not as often as Jon would have liked. They are a lot of fun as a couple. Jon us to enjoy carrying Dorothea on his back- piggyback style. Hugh would laughingly joke about trading places with Dorothea on Jon's back. They are very popular with celebrities and people for both of them are excellent at having fun. Dorothea has the best sense of humor and her husband knows how to play off her lead. Hef liked them a lot. Jon brought his sons to a few Playboy Events. Playboy has some nice events for the children of celebrities and the bunnies like to entertain whole events like the farm animals at the Easter Events.

Now back to the story I was telling. Jon likes a bourbon and coke unless he is on a diet then he goes for a light beer or a gin and tonic. He watches what he eats and works out very regularly in order to keep up with the demands his stage performance requires. Jon likes to move and when he parties he gives dancing a top priority. Dorothea is a good dancer as well and she is always willing to allow Jon to draw her up in his arms for a quick spin on the dance floor. This particular evening as I mentioned, Dorothea decided to stay at home. Jon has such a great bar on his property that everyone likes to hang out there. it is like a mini conservative Playboy Mansion Sunday Bar Night. In fact, Hugh Hefner did stop by one night to check out Jon's bar on Jon's property, but Dorothea was not with Jon. Hugh had a couple of drinks and went back to his hotel. Guys doing guy things. I fit in because I enjoy hanging out with men since I am easily entertained with Sports talk or games. Kendra Wilkinson has the same rapport with men that I do. Jon keeps a nice selection of scotch at his bar. They have popcorn which Jon knows is a favorite of mine and a pizza in the oven is often the other snack on offer. Jon likes 70's music. It's Disco night whenever the mood hits him. He does a great John Travolta dance impression and he throws in the accent to tie into John Travolta's Saturday Night Fever character. It is really funny to watch two legends in one as Jon makes the Saturday Fever mood catch on. Jon has a good friend named Tom who usually starts the party going. Tom gets people going by bringing people into a game, or a dance or other activity. Tom is a trivia minded person and he always is on the winning team for Trivial Pursuit or other games. Red shirts are Tom's favorite" lucky" shirts and he always has a big smile to share. They have been friends for years.

 Jon has a Jeopardy computer game that brings down the house at times. What makes it funny is how involved everyone gets in the game. The music to Jeopardy sometimes becomes a drinking game but Jon doesn't always play along. He is not a big drinker, but more a social one. The trivia games leads to some really off the wall responses. I dont recall exact responses to questions but I recall all the laughter at the guesses.

Jon's property is stunning. We share a love for water. The house is perfect for people who are what are called water babies or those who find joy in the water. I heard its for sale along with all the history and beauty held within its halls.

Jon Bon Jovi's Games Played on the Road

Jon Bon Jovi has a way of getting his friends and family into his concerts so that they can enjoy his performances undisturbed. Attending his concerts are always an experience. He makes sure that his guests are treated to the best. The closeness to his performance and the unity of the band makes the concert for than words can describe. He has the energy to raise up crowds with artistry like only Rock legends can. The enthusiasm of the audience feeds his spirit and vice versa. Anybody who has gone to see Bon Jovi knows exactly what I am expressing. Travelling the globe is not always easy but the band make sit fun for each other. Their playfulness is well known even though Richie is not with them, his impact and humor has left its impact. They all remain close. Richie use to be called the Ladies' Man. There is a story behind it but Jon has not told me it yet. Heather Locklear was always the blonde bombshell. Even though Jon doesn't tour with Richie like they once did.

Jon enjoys surprising people in the same way Ellen DeGeneres does. They both like to make dreams come true for their fans by popping up. When he has a concert, he likes to pop up around town impromptu and get the fans excited.

Jon has  fun while on stage and his playfulness comes out. When he faces the band, Jon will make funny faces at them and the audience has no idea what he is doing. For example, he makes his eyes go crossed and he sticks his tongue out. If you watch the band, you might catch them smiling or cracking up while trying to keep it hidden. Some of his roadies tease Jon and they call him "Grandpa" which cracks Jon up. He knows the father time look with his grey hair gave him an edgy wisdom to his appearance.

The after hours parties that go on are always non age restricted which means its kid friendly. Yes, drinking, celebrating, and dancing goes on, but it is not over the top wild house parties. His lifestyle changed a lot over the years. He refers to his wife often in daily conversations even on tour she is never far from his mind. They talk often. Dorothea gets some credit for how much he enjoys touring . Her support and contact throughout each tour is important to them both. The band loves it when "Mom" calls. That's another way that the band members and the roadies that work with Jon like to play with Jon. Jon has his own way of teasing them back. He likes to horse around. Arm wrestling is one of the ways Jon goofs off. Ping Pong is another game they all enjoy. For exercise and fun, he likes to swim. Whenever possible, they always pick a hotel that has a pool.

Jon reminds me to draw and paint each time I see him. He does it in a unique way. Jon will draw some doodle on paper and pass it to me. He is an excellent artist and even his doodles are really good. The last one he did was a woman's face. I was working on a fairy that reminded him and others of Catherine Heigl. It was not intentional since I use a photo of a random person and let my creativity flow from there. It might have been the effect of running into Catherine at an event.

Exercise tip - Jon Bon Jovi loves to do bicep curls. He has to keep his famous arms.

Adam Sandler's Twinkle Toes Shine

 According to my sources, Adam Sandler likes to stare at his toes. If you ask Adam why, he always says because he has the sexiest toes he has ever seen. He is known to enjoy showing them off in sandals. Pedicures are an important part of Adam's self care routine. He enjoys showing off his toes to the staff as he says they often compliment him on his pretty feet.  The amount of people he catches looking at his feet while the is in the salon, often amazes him. Adam has a song he wrote about his feet, but he is often a little shy to sing it. He is such a great lyricist that the words are hilariuos and very heartfelt. The famous comedian is more than just a pretty set of feet. Before they leave the house, his wife has to check to make sure Adam has shoes on for he often tries to slip out of the house in flip flops. 

While we are on the topic of feet, a little news flash that I just got is Jon Bon Jovi enjoys wearing toes rings.  He only does it for his wife Dorothea. Jon Bon Jovi says is his way of showing how he worships the ground his wife walks on. Knowing why he says he wears them makes Dorothea feel so sexy that she always melts. Jon knows how to romance his wife. Nicole Kidman's Creative Hobbies

Nicole Kidman has recently started sewing and creating dresses for her girls and their dolls is a new fun habit. She knows I have been working on a style of doll that is part sculpture and part carving. It is kind of hard to explain but each carving is very unique. Nicole expressed an interest in learning to create dolls as collectibles like the ones you see in a china cabinet or on display. We both like the ornate faces and are drawn to beautiful objects. Nicole mentioned she would love it if I created a unicorn for her. She knows I have been creating sculpture for awhile. I am getting quite confident in it. I will work for hours at a time just completely lost in creating. Art is a part of my chemistry since I never go very long without creating art in some media. The visual arts like dance, acting and even singing are included throughout the day at random times. Nicole knows how much I love to break out a song and doing the housework while dancing means I enjoy what many do not. 

Another little secret about Nicole Kidman is that she bakes her own Christmas cookies. Now with her daughters getting older, they join in the fun of baking. If she is working on the set of a film or makes a tv appearance, Nic will bring along some of her Christmas cookies. She is an old fashioned girl in a lot of ways.

Recently, Nicole has been teasing me about is the Nature Conservancy approaching her trying to get photos of her turtle rescue foundation and her at home Turtle Reservation. From what she says if the magazine gets their way, you might be seeing her turtles on their pages. The animal lover has mentioned adding ducks to her wildlife collection. Nicole is a great philanthropist - in and out of the public eye. She says Jon Bon Jovi might even add to his homestead a wildlife park after I went public about the reindeer incident. Jon is a huge animal lover so I would not put it past him to have some support in the form of funding going to the care and preservation of animals.

I thought these easy to make Reindeer cookies would be perfect for Jon and Nicole.

While writing a few of her favorite things to do, I thought of how much Nicole loves water slides. They are a favorite. She giggles and smiles with the biggest smile every time she goes flying down one.

Nicole Kidman writes poetry and making up new words to songs is an extension  of her poetry talent. She is a gifted Haiku composer.

One night Nicole and I decided to go to a local bar. She has place she likes to go to and the bartenders know her as Nicky. She has them call her that because it is not a name she is known by very often. I dont know how she got the name Nicky but it is her wild side bar name. Nic is her usual public nickname but Nicky has a sort of flair that in this bar atmosphere it works very well. She lets her hair down. The bartender's always hook her up. She is not a heavy drinker. Keith Urban knows she goes there sometimes and he tags along when he wants to. This time he was not with us. Nicole has known me for a long time. Keith, is one of the most considerate and genuinely loving men. He always asks Nicole how I am especially if he has not heard her mention  me in a while. he knows we have a great time together. Feeding each other's girliness and creative muses is one aspect of our friendship that Keith seems to like. Keith Urban always has such a positive outlook. He always says such nice things to everyone he meets. I know I have said David Spade and some of the other people I write about all say loving expressions on a regular basis. It is true because these guys are all some of the happiest as well as most giving people. Nicole and I had a booth towards the back of the bar. We walked in and joined a few friends we had who were already there. I know that several people inside recognized her since she had to stop and sign autographs which was unusual in private outings like this bar. Most often when people see Nicole in a non publicity event, dont disturb her. If its a publicity or work event then it is very common for people to ask for autographs or pictures. Most people who do see Nicole in a private situation talk to her like she is an ordinary new person they are meeting and it is a very relaxed feeling for both or they simply stay away without approaching her.

 I have a good friend, Rachel, who taught at Oxford University Main Campus in England for years. She attended some amazing events with fantastic people some very well known and others that are well known in certain circles but all incredible. Some people wonder why she never took photos. I think it is because her descriptives bring the event back to life each time. She has amazing memories and an incredible experiences that become clear to you when she speaks. Her Oxford papers are the physical ties to those years. 

Nicole Kidman is one of those people, like my Oxford friend, who speaks quietly of the best things in life contained in their memories as they live their lives living joyfully in the moment. It's commonly called being in the flow. I think I explained before being in the flow is when your so happily engaged in what you are doing that you forget time and you're in the moment. When you remember the flow moments ,you can recall more of the beautiful details in it. The real Nicole Kidman is one of the most beautiful spirits and she fills her friends with so much sunshine it is really hard to explain.

Christmas Fun with Jon Bon Jovi & Sofia Vergara Celebrations

I have spent Christmas in several cities throughout the US. It was always very enlightening sometimes quite literally enlightening such as the luminaires that line hundreds of houses  along the streets of Arizona. Other times it was intellectually enlightening such as seeing Old New Mexico, the Petrified Forest, and St Louis. They all have one thing in common,the festive loving feeling and the pure joy of the holidays. Even the trains get into the spirit by having fun with their uniforms and passing along Christmas Greetings to the sleeping car passengers.

Jon enjoys charity concerts and he loves to sing for the world. I love his sense of humor.

Jon Bon Jovi's house is always lit up from the inside because the families excitement and Christmas spirit overflows. Of course, we all know of Jon's Christmas family photo tradition. Jon has other traditions like making his children spend some time at his charity kitchens or serving in one of his other helping hand locations. By serving, they learn how good it feels to help others. Jon Bon Jovi has some fun. Jon has a couple of friends with two Reindeer. I have no idea how Jon gets his hands on the reindeer. I only know he does it. One year he surprised the family, by having them walk through his yard. He did not make a big deal about the reindeer walking through his yard while the rest of the family looked on in wonder. It is like one of those moments when your eyes and your mind don't really click. Seeing reindeer walk through your yard is not a typical occurrence. Most people would have to look twice to make sure it really was reindeer. Jon knows how to keep a straight face when he needs to. This time it was hard to not crack up since the rest of his family including Dorothea were so excited by the mysterious intruders. You could say they were over the moon about the reindeer. A little wonder started to slip into the minds of the group as to how the exotic deer got onto the Bon Jovi estate. Jon's acting skills kicked in and he delivered his line perfectly by saying, "Maybe they belong to the neighbors." Dorothea started to suspect that his explain did not fit the situation. She looked into his eyes. That eye contact was all that it took. Jon broke down and started cracking up. The reindeer story is one of my favorite Christmas stories. I had a similar occurrence, although not as festive, when I woke up to find a couple of wild turkeys in our backyard in a house I no longer live in. Unusual wildlife are amazing to see.
Romeo Bongiovi, Jon and Dorothea's son, talks about the reindeer every year. Jon collects reindeer. I would not be surprised if it was not a way to remind the family of the funny day when reindeer first walked through their yard.

This memory is part of my memories of Christmas in different cities. My Grandmother use to entertain a former ambassador in her home for Christmas. The older couple had the most amazing ranch. In the family photo album they brought over to share with me were images of their private life and family memories on the ranch. It was gorgeous from every angle with photos of it from the air. The aerial photo was amazing since the ranch was literally huge with the openness of the west I was left in awe.They were my Grandparent's neighbors. I forget their names now but I will never forget their ranch, family photo album and the wonderful corn pudding that the former Ambassador's wife made. It was so yummy. Along with luminaires, the golf carts in Arizona were decorated with all kinds of Christmas themes and items. The seniors loved to have fun.

The fabulously fun Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara loves to celebrate each Holiday by hosting a party. She is one of the sweetest actress on tv. I admire her attention to detail on the elaborate family parties she hosts. Her success as the female lead on the hugely popular Modern Family has made her world famous. It is her charisma and kind heart that makes people respond to her. She is the Latin lover of people. She always has a hug and a huge smile to give. Sofia inspires people to celebrate life by being an example of joyous lifestyle overflowing. Follow her Instagram and twitter to see all the fun she gets into on a regular basis. We both agree family parties for every holiday makes the memories sweeter. Sofia and I have a few friends in common that are not in the public eye or in the news but she knows who they are. Our mutual friends can't say enough about her and I know she enjoys my stories. Sofia and I have a lot in common.

Matthew Morrison has a similar way of greeting people His hugs are famous. I dont know why people dont hug more often. It is a great thing to do .Those wonderful happy chemicals released in the brain make everyone feel more relaxed. The hug does not have to be a romantic connection for the improvement and chemicals to be released. Add a little Sofia Vergara and Matthew Morrison to your life and hug. I thought of Sofia as Christmas parties are common this time of year but holiday parties for families on other occasions are great as well. As I mentioned we both like to celebrate. Each city has their own parties to observe.

Jon Bon Jovi, Tom Cruise and David Spade Play Santa

We all like to bring Santa to life in our own ways. For me, I enjoy making art for local churches during the Christmas season. Many of them have craft sales or events where they offer crafts and backed goods to church goers and the public. I have a habit of making one of a kind Christmas ornaments of various styles. Christmas donations included very detailed plaster ornaments to glass painted balls and other seasonal artwork. I donate items not only because I love the creation of art but it is the most economical way to make an impact. Donations of art can be sold for a higher price than financial gifts. It is a labor of love in many ways. There are other artists who see art as a great donation to give too help where needed or asked. Tom Cruise is one of the people who likes to donate art. His donations to his Church and their outreach comes at times when disasters occur. The Church of Scientology works side by side with other charities and religious organizations to give support, medical aid and food. In disaster relief funding, it takes many helpers to create an impact. They all have to work together as two hands. The churches of different denominations put aside their differences to work as one for the good of all. Its those moments when the world seems to be unified and joy at the successful work to save lives creates a bond that lasts a lifetime. Celebrities like to bring out their own Santa in different ways.

Jon  Bon Jovi is another person who likes to reach out to make an impact in many parts of this world. At times, people don't know it is Jon or Dorothea helping them out. They like to play Secret Santa all year around. Jon  has spread goodwill and left charitable donations all over the world as he planted seeds of hope.

My mother likes to help poor families from the food pantry she runs by helping to organize collections that help send Christmas gifts home with those in need. I have known her to round out what they were short in the gift money if the need existed. She use to be a volunteer organizer for her local Red Cross with a title when she was a first grade teacher now she focuses on the food pantry. My husband's work is the Santa for several families in our area. He donates items every year through different groups for children and adults who lack the resources to provide presents. Traditionally, we send toiletries and toys into Haiti around Christmas and when asked. This Season it is fun to give back. Famous people do a lot of giving all year. Studies have shown happy people give small gifts whenever they can. It is proven through multiple research projects ,that if you are having a tough day, buy a small token gift or even a cup of coffee for someone. The joy you get from contributing to another person's day is much greater than if you gave a gift to yourself. Self love begins with care of others. People do not realize just how easy it is to make a day a great one. Tom Cruise knows that really well. He sneaks up on people bringing things like coffee and donuts, lunch from a local caterer or sometimes a bottle of wine to a table he happens to see when enjoying a meal. No one knows it is him until he lets them in on it but sometimes the people who received Tom's gift never know who it was that brought them the wine or the food.

On the spur of the moment, David Spade pops up at certain bars and buys a round of drinks for everyone at the bar. David donates money to food pantries anonymously and he has done that for years. While dressing up as Santa, David Spade has brought down the house when he took over different Christmas Parties throughout the years by playing the drunk Santa. The reactions he gets is outrageously funny since he is one of the best improvisational comedians of all time. Many Hollywood stars have learned the pure joy of anonymous and spontaneous giving. We all know the stories of people paying the way of the person behind them at a toll both. It is a fun way to live, that almost everyone can do.

On a side note, I have heard Steven Spielberg likes to dress up as a Hanukkah Dreidel for different occasions. Steven has a great sense of humor that many who know him privately get to enjoy. He always brings out the laughs on the set and at home. His sense of humor is one of the reasons why he is so popular throughout Hollywood and beyond.

My Life as an Artist

An artist is always creating. It is a way of life and a source of joy. Whether I can creating for myself or for the public, the pleasure is still the same. In fact, many of my creations are unseen by people other than a select few. Many artists choose to release their works based upon their own timing, but the creative process never stops. Since most artists and actors are creative spirits they often have many talents. It is not uncommon for an actress to be a good singer and painter or an actor to be a great dancer and writer. Jon Bon Jovi is an example of a multi talented artist. He is a Rock legend, an highly respected actor, writer and a very gifted artist. His artwork is not out on public display as much as it should be. Jon is really gifted painter. Jon Bon Jovi's art is surreal. Nicole Kidman is undoubtedly an excellent actress, singer and dancer. Nicole Kidman is also an excellent artist and creates at in the Impressionistic style of art. My own art varies from Surreal to Realism and somewhere in between. Creativity is always manifesting itself and the need to express emotions, beauty or a thought combines with the desire to realize it.

I enjoy singing. I know I mentioned before that Jon and I had worked on some lyrics together on a musical project that we both jokingly feel has the potential to be far reaching. Jon Bon Jovi has mentioned to me that we could work together on a song if I wanted. This option is a possibility that we both might explore at some point in the future. David Spade is one of the most beloved and talented comedian, actor who is also an excellent singer. Jon Bon Jovi is impressed with David Spade's singing talent that he has been trying to get David to record a song with him for years. David Spade always says the only way he will record a song with Jo Bon Jovi is if he gets to shoot the music video with me. Jon Bon Jovi has always endorsed that idea and I certainly won't decline the role in a music video with Job Bon Jovi and David Spade. A musical collaboration between those two will eventually occur and the musical height of that song will surely amaze everyone. An upcoming album is not far away with at least one duet featuring David and Jon.

 Gwyneth Paltrow is another actress who is a very talented singer. Her creativity overflows into her lifestyle including the art of cooking and writing. Just like Nicole Kidman and much of Hollywood, we all including Matthew Morrison enjoy Yoga as a lifestyle practice. Yoga is an asset to all artists in any medium for it aligns the body, mind and spirit and leads to a harmonious life. Yoga teaches excellent breathing techniques that leads to a relaxed mind. For example, if you make a fist with your hand, you can feel the tension. Now imagine your body and its muscles throughout the day take on
energy as you move they tighten. Without stretching that tension accumulates in us. The tension, even if we don't feel tense, exists. It has to be removed peacefully. I feel the best way to release it is through Yoga. Allowing things to flow welcomes in creativity. As they say, "Flexible body leads to a flexible mind."

What I Enjoy Doing With Jon Bon Jovi

Let me start by saying a little bit about how fond I am of Jon and Dorothea and how much I appreciate them both. To most women, Jon Bon Jovi is one of the sexiest celebrities in the entertainment industry. I can appreciate the fact he is handsome and he has a sexy attitude. I get past Jon Bon Jovi the persona to see Jon as my buddy. My buddy is like a brother. I just happen to be lucky enough to have a legendary gentleman, and talented superstar as my brother. His wife Dorothea, just like Jon, is known by the opposite sex as very desirable and sexy. Dorothea is famous for her beauty. Their love is part of what makes them both so attractive to others. This blog is not about how wonderful Jon and Dorothea are, everyone knows that, but it is about how much fun Jon Bon Jovi and I have doing silly things together as good friends.

One of the things Jon Bon Jovi and I love doing together is writing silly songs. We can compose a song about almost anything that pops into our minds. An fun example of our free spirited comedic song writing is the outrageous song we wrote about potty training. Jon and I believe the song will become a joyful part of a every child's potty training experience and hopefully bring a smile to the face of everyone who hears it. I know it makes me laugh just by thinking about it.

Another good example of our funny compositions is in the lyrical laughter we created to help children with their hygiene. Our hygiene song will hopefully solve a common issue or in some cases bad habit that children sometimes pick up. The words used in both songs kept Jon and I rolling in laughter for a long time. Each phrase in the hygiene song contributed to the hilarious momentum of the line before, because as the song continued the words in it became increasing more outrageous and it became funnier to us. The songs Jon Bon Jovi and I have written together, as part of a children's album, are not just meant for the child's ear but for the amusement of the parents as well. Just like many of Jon's songs, our songs have a message and a purpose. Part of the purpose of the music we collectively composed is to explore growing up in a playful way. Making some of the more challenging moments of parenthood laughable and pleasant for both, is a fun reason to create music. If I told you some of the words to the songs Jon Bon Jovi and I have written, some of you would be surprised at first at their subjects. When you hear it all together the songs make sense. I'll give you a hint about the subject of one of our songs. Here is the hint- the hygiene song might involve a tissue.

Jon Bon Jovi and I like to create different wildly funny scenarios in which anything is possible. This is one of our wild scenarios, Jon and I imagined that our songs could win us the Noble Peace Prize for contributions to humanity. In a joking way tongue and cheek way, one song in particular we felt was very worthy of that high honor. The Noble Prize winning daydream involved the song we wrote about hygiene(that might involve a tissue). In the daydream, our music would so improve the parent child experience on a global level that we would be a shoe in to win the coveted global prize. Yes, it is a wild idea to think that eliminating that undesirable bad habit some children develop could earn someone the Noble. Two creative minds working together can come up with anything in an anything is possible fantasy. You would be surprised at how much fun creative daydreaming is especially when two funny people share their thoughts. Jon and I discussed possibly inviting Jennifer Lopez to join in our collaborations. Hearing Jon and JLo singing a duet of one of the songs we composed for the children of the world would be an amazing accomplishment in humor and child rearing for all humanity and us of course.

Enjoying Dorothea's fantastic cooking is another common interest Jon and I have. We both love Italian cooking. Dorothea is an amazing chef and she has some of the most amazingly delicious recipes you could ever imagine. That is one of the reasons Jon has to workout so much, just like me, he has not met a cannoli or pasta he did not like especially if that pasta or cannoli came from out of Dorothea's kitchen. If Dorothea does not do the cooking, it doesn't matter because you're always guaranteed a fabulous Italian meal whenever you see Jon. Sharing a meal together and enjoying good conversation is always a fun experience.

Sharing all the things Jon Bon Jovi and I enjoy doing together as friends is more than just one blog. I will have to share more enjoyable activities at another time and in another blog.
